I know that many people may already know this but I wanted to let folks know that the previously discussed debt exclusion vote and the Special Town Meeting scheduled for March 10th has been cancelled.
As you may have read in the local newspapers, the purpose for these votes and discussions was for the presentation of the Municipal Building Committee's plan to deal with the growing building problems in West Boylston. However when the pricetag for the project was unveiled, the Municipal Building Committee discussed the matter and the Selectmen voted to reexamine the plan and available options. Please know that the committee's work on this project has been diligent over the last couple of years and I fully expect that this work will continue.
