Is now operating 5 day a week!

 

Applications NOW taken Monday- Friday from 8:30 AM- 3:30 PM

***The last appointment of the day will be seen at 3:00 PM

Appointments are encouraged

Gross income means a household's total, non-excluded income, before any deductions have been made. Net income means gross income minus allowable deductions.

Documents needed to apply for SNAP:

  • Identification showing your name & address
  •  Proof of Income: Last four pay stubs, copies of checks or official statement of the amount and frequency of payments
  •  Social Security Numbers for all Members Applying
  •  Bank Book or Current Bank Statements
  •  Receipts for Child Care, or the care of other dependents who cannot care for themselves
  •  Receipts for housing costs, heating and utilities
  •  If you are not a citizen, bring proof of legal non-citizen status
  •  Medical Bills – if you are age 60 or older or if you are disabled
