ARTICLE XVI PENALTIES
Section 1
Whoever violates any of the provisions of these By-laws, unless otherwise specifically provided therein, or otherwise by law, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
