ARTICLE XVII REVISION OF THESE BY-LAWS
Section 1
These by-laws may be amended, repealed or annulled at any Town Meeting by a majority of those present and voting upon an article in the warrant for that purpose.
Section 2
These By-laws shall be reviewed at least every five years and made up to date with all amendments, then published in the next printing of the Annual Town Report, the first printing to be in the 1977 Annual Town report.
Section 3 By-laws Committee
The By-laws Committee shall consist of the Moderator, the chairman of the Board of Selectmen, the chairman of the Planning Board, the Town Clerk and three members to be appointed by the Board of Selectmen.
The Chairman of the By-laws Committee will be elected by the members of that committee and the Town Clerk will act as secretary of that committee.
