* A Comprehensive Permit was issued for Franklin Street Affordable Housing on 10/26/2006 for 26 rental units. Since a building permit has not been applied for within 2 years of the approval date, these units no longer appear as part of the Subsidized Housing Inventory. When construction begins, these units will be applied to our total.
** The Village at Oakdale was granted an amended Comprehensive Permit on 01/12/2010. This amended permit allows the developer to construct either rental or ownership units, depending on market conditions. If ownership units are constructed, the number of SHI units for this project to would be reduced to 24, thus reducing the total units to 117 and giving us a subsidized percentage of 4.76%.
