Sewer Connection Notice
The deadline for mandatory sewer connection is
June 30, 2007

Mandatory sewer connection policy was adopted on September 25, 2002. |

Appeals Court reversed the Superior Court's decision and declared the regulation to be valid on October 5, 2005. |
|
An extension was given until December 31, 2006 and a second extension was given until June 30, 2007. |
NO FURTHER EXTENSIONS WILL BE GIVEN
The names of the residents and businesses that have not connected by the June 30, 2007 deadline will be given to Kopelman and Paige, Town Counsel, who will seek enforcement through the court system.
