REVISED FORM OF LIST
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has released a Revised Form of List (State Tax Form 2) for use by Individuals, Partnerships, Associations or Trusts, Corporations, Limited Libability Companies and other legal entities which are subject to Personal Property Tax. Copies of the previous form, also known as a Form of List, were sent to Personal Property tax entities by the Board of Assessors earlier this month. Personal Property filings are due by March 1, 2009.
