Request For Proposals Issued by The Town Clerk's Office
The Office of the Town Clerk is accepting RFP's for The Town Clerk Historical Records Digitization Project. This project involves the creation of electronic files of the Town’s heavily used vital records, Town Annual Reports, Town Clerk Record Books and Indexes, in order to preserve the originals and to make the information more widely available to Town departments and the community at large.
These documents date back to the 19th century. The Consultant must have experience scanning historical records, handling fragile historical materials, and dealing with the security needs of sensitive data to carry out this project.
