Surplus Items Disposal Schedule

The Town of West Boylston will be accepting sealed bids on items declared as surplus equipment by our municipal departments.

Items will be available for viewing at their locations, from August 18 through August 21, 2009 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, by appointment only.  Contact the Town Administrator's Office (508-835-3490 or nlucier@westboylston-ma.gov) to make an appointment.

The following items have been declared surplus:
#1      1995 Ford Escort Wagon mileage 50,980 (minimum bid $1,000)
#2      Bicentennial Trolley (minimum bid $2,000)
#3      Air Conditioners (4) (minimum bid $50.00)
#4      Air Conditioners (3)
#5      Swimming Pool Lane Lines

Sealed Bids
All bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes, which clearly indicate the item number on which the bid is placed.  Click here for a bid form.  Bids must be received by 9:00 a.m. on August 24, 2009. Please send all sealed bids to:

August 18-21, 2009
Items can be viewed at their locations, by appointment only.
August 24, 2009
Sealed bids may be submitted to the Office of the Board of Selectmen/Town Administrator until 9:00 a.m.
September 2, 2009
Selectboard will vote to accept or reject bids.
September 8, 2009
Deadline (4:00 p.m.) by which to remove awarded items.
