Public Hearing Notice
The Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at Hartwell Business Par, 127 Hartwell Street, Meeting Room #1, West Boylston Massachusetts, on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 7:15 p.m. to act on the Petition of Dino Similia, seeking a Special Permit under West Boylston Zoning Bylaws, Section 3.2, H.2, Schedule of Use Regulations, to use a structure accessory thereto the premises for a kitchen business under Home Occupation, upon the property located at 16 Lancaster Street, West Boylston, in the GR Zoning District. Record title stands in the name of Paul Rinaldi, 16 Lancaster Street, West Boylston, Massachusetts.
