Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Hartwell Business Park, 127 Hartwell Street, Meeting Room #2, West Boylston, Massachusetts on Thursday, June 3, 2010 as follows:
7:15 p.m. to act on the petition of Chris Goodnow Auto Sales, LLC, 1181 West Boylston Street, Worcester, Massachusetts, requesting a special permit to operate a business in the retail sale of previously owned automobiles at 174/180 West Boylston Street. Record title stands in the name of Karla M. Meola.
A petition is on file in the office of the Town Clerk. All interested parties are invited to attend the hearings.
