Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold two Public Hearings at the Municipal Town Hall, 127 Hartwell St, West Boylston, MA. Meeting Room #2, Thursday March 26th as follows;
7:25 p.m. to act on the petition of Michael Stati, Angell Brook Development (Angell Brook Village) 200 Shrewsbury St, West Boylston, MA, requesting a Variance, and a Hearing from a Denial of a Permit by the Building Inspector, to construct a fence within the setback abutting the rail line.
7:45 p.m. to act on the petition of West Boylston Municipal Lighting Plant, 225 Shrewsbury St, West Boylston, MA, requesting a Special Permit for a 359kw Solar Panel Array.
All petitions are one file in the Office of the Town Clerk. All interested parties are invited to attend the hearings.
