TOWN OF WEST BOYLSTON
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A PARCEL OF TOWN-OWNED LAND
The Board of Selectmen of the Town of West Boylston, Massachusetts, invites sealed proposals for the development of a parcel of town-owned land. Written proposals consistent with the terms of the Request for Proposals must be delivered to the Office of the Town Administrator, Mixter Municipal Office Building, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, Massachusetts 01583, no later than 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 6, 2009. Proposals shall be submitted in a single sealed envelope, clearly marked “Proposal for the Development of Town Property on Paul X. Tivnan Drive”.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to select the proposal or proposals deemed to be in the best interests of the Town.
