for ages 16 and up

"STRONG IS THE NEW SEXY!” Total Body Boot Camp is designed to strengthen and tone your body using a combination of strength moves, core and balance training as well as high intensity cardio intervals. You will burn fat and sculpt your body in a fun, supportive environment. All fitness abilities are welcome….all exercises can be modified for individual needs.



Class Requirements:
Running or cross-training shoes, towel, yoga mat, water bottle and dumbbells (any size.)  
Location:
Outdoors at Goodale Park, in the space next to the basketball courts
Participants:
Ages 16+ of all abilities
Details:
June 26, 2012 through August 2, 2012
Tuesday and Thursday mornings
7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Cost:
Cost of the 6 week session for both days is $100. You may choose to attend either Tuesday or Thursday only for $60.

for Adults 18 & up

Students will learn the fundamentals, forehand, backhand, volley and serve with emphasis on correct grips and technique, with primary focus on stroke production.

Classes taught by certified tennis instructors from the Worcester County Tennis Academy.  All necessary equipment, including rackets, will be provided.

New tennis courts at Goodale Park

Class is open to adults 18 & up.

for children ages 7 to 14
Registration deadline June 15 for weeks 1 & 2, August 1 for week 3

We are offering three one-week sessions running on four consecutive mornings starting on Monday and going through Thursday; Friday is set aside as a rain make-up day.

for children grades 3 through 8

Kids will work on skills and play games in this summer long clinic. Perfect for kids who want to improve their game and meet up to play some basketball with their friends all while being supervised by our coaches on our beautiful new courts at Goodale Park.

Cost for the entire summer is only $15!

Details:
One night per week from June 19 through August 23

Come and have fun with Mrs. Morse and Mrs. Wawrzynaik using recycled materials to create book-related projects!

Kids will integrate literacy, art and recycling, while developing comprehension skills in a creative, eco-friendly way!

Come and spend 2 hours with Mrs. Menendez making bubble solution, bubble wands, bubble paper, bubble posters and of course, giant bubbles!!!

If you want to sign up for Recycled Art offered in the afternoon, you may do both classes for $25! Children may bring lunch to be enjoyed from noon until 1:00 p.m.

Space is limited so register early!

for children ages 9 through 11

This four day class taught by Mrs. Gangi and Mrs. Suire gives kids the opportunity to be exposed to theatre through short stories.

Children will take a story and turn it into a play that will be rehearsed during the first hour, while the second hour will be devoted to a craft that would tie into the story.

Children will be responsible for providing one white T-shirt for a tie dye project.

for children ages 5 through 12

Looking for something for your kids to do over the summer vacation?  Bring them to the Middle/High School for a day, or even a whole week of fun!  We will play games, do arts and crafts and hopefully completely tire them out for you!!

You child can join us for a half-day, full day or a week of days of either duration.  We are offering a week in July and other in August.  View photos of the Days of Play program we held during school vacation.

NOTE: This program will be run in the Middle School.  Parents shoudl drop off children at the pool parking lot as they will be checked in at the doors at the end of the Middle School wing.  Please read the information below about snacks and lunch.  Closer to the dates of the session, participants will receive an email with any additional information.  Please be sure to provide an email address or alternate way of contacting you.

A water bottle is also suggested.
