Registration Information for Recreation Programs

To register yourself or your child through the mail for a program, you must use the registration form provided in this page or in our brochure. Please fully complete the participant and responsible party information.  Indicate the programs you wish to register for and include your check payable to the West Boylston Parks and Recreation Department for the total amount due.

Additionally, you must complete a waiver for each participant (one waiver is sufficient for all programs) and send it back with the completed registration. Individuals will not be allowed to take part in any program without a signed waiver.

Nothing hurts a recreation program faster than participants who wait until the last minute to register. Please pay close attention to the registration dates.

We do not send or call with confirmations. Consider yourself or your children enrolled in the program of your choice when you send in a completed registration form and payment.

We will notify you if the class has been filled, canceled or changed. The West Boylston Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel or consolidate any program that does not meet the minimum registration numbers.

If you as a participant need to withdraw from a program, you must notify us no less than one week prior to the first class. We do not give refunds after the start of any program.

We randomly choose pictures of adults and children who participate in our programs to be printed in our publications or sent out to the area papers. Please notify us if you do not wish to have your picture published.
