Your bills for sewer usage, which are printed on a small white postcard, are sent out on a quarterly basis in January, April, July and October. Payment is collected by the Treasurer’s Office and is due 30 days after the bill is issued.
Sewer usage bills are calculated based on your water usage as recorded by the West Boylston Water District. If you feel that the water usage is incorrect, please contact the Water District.
Residential (with only 1 meter): Charged for 80% of their water usage at a rate of $0.0089439/per gallon.
Residential (with a second meter): Charged for 100% of their water usage on their 1st meter at $0.0089439/per gallon & 100% of their usage on 2nd meter is deducted.
Commercial (with 1 meter): Charged 100% of their water usage at $0.0089439/per gallon for first 20,196 gallons & $0.01215/per gallon for usage over 20,196 gallons.
Commercial (with 2nd meter): Charged 100% of their water usage on their 1st meter at $0.0089439/per gallon for the first 20,196 gallons & $0.01215/per gallon for usage over 20,196 gallons & 100% of their 2nd meter usage is deducted.

THERE IS A $30.00 MINIMUM QUARTERLY CHARGE FOR ALL ACCOUNTS RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL.
